BOOKING FEE

To book your appointment, a non-refundable $50 booking fee is required. This fee secures your slot, ensuring that we reserve the time and resources specifically for your appointment. On the day of your service, the remaining balance will be deducted from your payment method and must be settled in full. Please contact your artist directly to submit the deposit payment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to delivering a fantastic experience.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us within 72 hours of your scheduled time. Failure to show up without prior consultation with our staff will result in a 100% charge of your service fee on the day of the appointment. Charges are non-refundable, and the terms are agreed upon during reservation. We appreciate your respect for our staff’s time and other potential clients, and kindly ask that you inform us accordingly. 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please ensure you inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling needs at least 72 hours in advance. The $50 deposit required to reserve your appointment is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you are permitted one reschedule date without additional charges. If you need to reschedule a second time, your initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and allows us to accommodate other clients who may wish to fill your reservation.

Failure to confirm your appointment within 48 hours of confirmation text may also result in cancellation and forfeit of funds.
